? The management of the contractual relationship generated with the organization, sponsors, and promoters of the circuits in which the rider is involved.

? The access control of the rider to the facilities where the Championship takes place.
? To manage the payments and deposits, if any, to which the rider is obliged within the framework of its registration and participation in the Championship.
? To manage the riders? image rights for promotional activities related to its participation in the Championship, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant agreement.

Provided that you are the parent/ legal guardian of the rider, or when you are a member of a team and you request a pass with which you are allowed to access to certain areas, or where such pass is requested on your behalf, DWW will process your personal data for the following purposes (where requesting a pass, on behalf of a third party or any of the said data subjects, you undertake to provide this information to the data subjects):

3. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

As a general rule, when the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, such us the registration process, the participation in the Championship or events and the general use of the Website, they will be blocked and will be made available only to the competent authorities for the attendance of legal responsibilities arising from the processing, always in accordance with the applicable regulations, and may not be used for different purposes. Once the corresponding retention periods have elapsed, such personal data will be deleted in accordance with the applicable regulations.

In particular, the data collected for the management and processing of registration applications will be processed during the registration period of the Championship. At the end of the registration period, if the application is not accepted, the data will be duly blocked and will be only available to the competent authorities regarding the legal actions that may arise from the processing.

If the application for registration is accepted and the actual participation in the Championship takes place, the data will be processed for as long as they are necessary for the management of the participation of the rider and his/her team. After the end of the Championship, the data will be kept duly blocked for the corresponding period of the legal actions that may arise from the participation in the Championship.

Please note that, the personal data necessary for certification of attendance or participation in the Championship and/or personal data included in audiovisual records may be kept indefinitely.


4. WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of the data subjects may be communicated to:

- Public Administrations with competence in the matter, exclusively when there is a requirement to that effect.

- Courts and Tribunals, in case of specific requirements made in accordance with the applicable regulations.

- Law Enforcement agencies, in case of specific requirements made in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Likewise, personal data of the riders may be communicated to:
- FIM Europe and FIM, for the sole purpose of verifying the licenses and accreditations required to take part in the Championship, in accordance with the regulations in force. The personal data communicated will be those necessary for the intended purpose, in accordance with the principles of data minimization and purpose limitation.

- Third parties related to the management of the Championship: Circuits, promoters, sponsors, media involved in the coverage of the corresponding event, as well as hotels or transportation service providers, among others, that may be necessary for the best management of the participation in the Championship.

- Service providers contracted by DWW for the provision of various services in the context of the Championship and/or the events which may have access to personal data. This may be the case of external medical or health personnel, to always guarantee the necessary medical attention to all participants.
Additionally, the data may be accessed by DWW's suppliers, being such access necessary for the proper fulfillment of purposes previously described, such as developers and/or service providers and hosting service provides, where necessary.
In all these cases, and in any others in which there are entities with access to your personal data, DWW guarantees that this will be exclusively for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with the data protection regulations and complying with all the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information.

5. PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA OUSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)
Your personal data may be processed outside the EEA. This may happen, for example, in those cases where an event is held in a country located out of the EEA and we need to share your data with the company which is responsible for the corresponding Circuit or with any other entity for any of the purposes described above. In the same way, DWW may be required to share personal data with public bodies or authorities outside the EEA.
In such cases, DWW shall guarantee the security and protection of your personal data according to current legislations and ensure that adequate safeguards are in place when carrying out an international data transfer, where appropriate, to comply with applicable data protection legislation.

? Right to rectification: You have the right to obtain from DWW without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you, as well as to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

? Right to erasure: You have the right to obtain from DWW the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay when such data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or when they data have been processed unlawfully, among other circumstances.

? Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to obtain from DWW the limitation of data processing when any of the conditions provided for in data protection laws.

? Right to data portability: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you and provided by you to DWW, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from DWW, in the cases set out in data protection laws.

Likewise, you guarantee that, if you provide information from third parties, you have informed them of the aspects contained in this document. You also guarantee that, should this be the case, you have obtained express authorization to provide those data to DWW.

DWW will always process your personal data in a confidential way, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
